Deposit Policy

Shep's Automotive Detailing may require a deposit of 30% for ceramic coating and other high labor services exceeding $300.00. This is a non-refundable deposit, and goes towards the cost of services. Deposit must be paid before performing services. If weather is poor, we will just reschedule your appointment, no additional deposit necessary. However, if your appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled at client request within the last 24 hours prior to the appointment, an additional deposit may be required.
