Q: Do you have a mobile detailing option?

A: No, at this time we are a stationary detailing service.

Q: Do I have to be present for my appointment?

A: No, as long as we have access to your vehicle, we will be able to complete our detailing services. You can drop it off at our garage and your vehicle will either be returned to your residence, or you can pick it up.

Q: If I drop off my vehicle, am I able to wait for it on location?

A: No, unfortunately, we do not have any seating or waiting area available at our garage, it is preferred that vehicles are dropped off, or picked up by us.

Q: How can I be sure my vehicle will be well taken care of?

A: With my background as a commercial custodian, I have the expertise to ensure that your vehicle is thoroughly cleaned.

Q: Can I drop off my vehicle outside of business hours?

A: Yes, if you have an appointment, you may drop off your vehicle at our designated spot and place your keys in our dropbox.

Q: Do you wear protective equipment when detailing a vehicle?

A: Yes, we always wear medical grade nitrile gloves, respirators and eye glass protection. when detailing vehicles to protect not only us, but the customer as well.

Q: Can you fix damaged clearcoat that is peeling?

A: No, if your clearcoat is peeling or no longer present on the vehicle you will need an automotive paint or body shop to perform a repaint on the desired part of your vehicle. We do not reapply clearcoat to vehicles.

Q: What areas do you serve?

A: While our main focus is Mount Vernon, we also serve Gambier, Danville, Apple Valley (Howard) , Millwood, Bladensburg and Martinsburg! Some nearby areas may not be on this list, ask us if you're within range!

Q: Are there fees for getting an appointment outside your service area?

A1: If you reside outside of our service areas, and require vehicle pickup, a $3.50 per mile fee will be added to the final invoice.

A2: If you reside outside of our service area, but want to drop off your vehicle, the customer may do so at no additional cost.

Q: Is the cost to have my vehicle professionally detailed worth it?

A: Absolutely! The benefits of a professionally detailed vehicle, including improved visual aesthetics, protection against environmental damage, and increased resale value, make it a worthwhile investment. 

Q: Do you repair or restore damaged upholstery or plastics?

A: No, we do not re-upholster or repair cracked dashes, peeling steering wheels, ripped leather, trim or anything that falls under a similar category, in the interior or exterior of your vehicle under any circumstances.

Q: Do you remove seats?

A: No, we can effectively clean your vehicle without removing your driver or passenger seats.
